March 28-29 was the „Cluster Day - Career Space”!
The event was directed at Students who are looking for a job, traineeship or apprenticeship.
On March 28, 2023, the exhibition stands of member companies of the Metal Processing Cluster appeared in the building of the Institute of Management.
In addition, students were able to take part in:
- meeting with practitioners - S. Rynkiewicz (Chairman of the Board of the Metal Processing Cluster), J. Poulakowski (Operations Director of the Metal Processing Cluster), and M. Siemieńczuk (Personnel Director of SaMASZ),
- workshops with experts,
- test recruitment interviews with representatives of invited companies,
- oxford debate on the topic "I believe that robots will replace the competence of humans".
On March 29, the organizers held study visits to enterprises belonging to the Metal Processing Cluster.
Summary in numbers:
- There were 11 exhibition stands within the walls of the Institute of Management.
- We organized three thematic workshops, which were attended by 45 students.
- A test recruitment interviews were attended by 11 students.
- 60 students participated in the study visits. We visited as many as three companies (Plum, Masterpress, ChM).
