Sales management


The specialisation responds to the needs reported by the labour market for comprehensively prepared graduates, who will combine general knowledge of management with specialist knowledge of sales management and practical skills in this area. Thanks to the acquired skills, graduates will be well prepared to work in sales structures in any sector of the economy.

The graduate:
- will understand the specifics of a sales company,
- will know the principles of creating a sales department, attracting and selecting sellers, motivating and developing them,
- will be able to plan marketing activities to support sales in an enterprise,
- will have the ability to use specific sales techniques,
- will know and be able to use in practice methods used in sales planning,
- will have knowledge of the basic principles of commercial negotiations,
- will be able to identify basic techniques of financial management applied in commercial enterprises.
